Conversion to flybarless

This is how to convert a head like Ord.No. 1005/61 to flybarless (like Ord.No.702/60)

1. Remove the flybar
2. Remove the Mixer lever and mount 2 washers 71/18 and balls 060/8 instead.
3. replace the collective pitch compensator by swashplate follower 68/20.
4. Optional: switch the center piece to the more beautiful 72/18.
